1. Results
- Increase in clicks and impressions. Average CTR and positions also went up due to good optimization of priority pages on the site.
- Increase in organic pages
- Increase in visibility.
- Increase in organic traffic during the promotion period can be seen on the screen from Analytics.
- As a result, we got the entry in the Top 5 about 175 queries on Ukrainian semantic queries users
- and on Russian key queries in the Top -5 about 225 keys with constant adding them to the top of the output
2. Work on link profile
The project already had a small set of links, so for a better understanding of the dynamics of development, we updated the strategy for attracting links, as well as studied the link profile of competitors. We needed to determine the following parameters:
- The number of donors and backlinks needed.
- Types of links to focus on (crowdlinks and articles).
- The rate of growth of links.
- Required budget.
Based on the obtained data, we developed a strategy for attracting links and began to implement it.
During the work on the external promotion of the site was built up the link mass of the site in 2.5 times and raise the level of the domain from 16 to 22 units.
3. Stable growth of positions and traffic
Stable growth of positions and traffic for a long time could not be achieved. There were intervals of time when there was a subsidence in the indicators. At this stage we were actively working on the content on the pages of product categories, writing unique informational articles in the blog of the site, regular building backlinks on the strategy and if necessary, changes in pre-optimization on the pages, improvements on prices, catalogs and product cards and the structure of landing pages.
The site promotion strategy was regularly reviewed to monitor changes in the competitive environment and implement the necessary recommendations to achieve the goals.
Stable growth in traffic and position indicators we have almost 10 months after the beginning of site promotion
Difficulties encountered.
- Lack of optimization on the pages of the site
- Low speed of loading the site for mobile devices
- Constant technical failures in the work of the site and the necessary correction of quality performance of the site
- Cannibalization of requests on landing pages. Constant refinements of content on the priority pages of the site
- Introduction of information on the cost of services and products of the company
- Adding a catalog to the site
- Constantly monitoring the dynamics of traffic and positions of the site and taking the necessary actions to maintain the level and its growth.
